This means your plan isn’t based on theory. It’s based on what actually works in real dental practices.
Within five business days, we’ll present your completed PUP in a live strategy session with our team, where we’ll walk you through the opportunities we’ve identified and the steps to implement.

You’ll be asked to review six key areas of your practice:

For each question, simply score your practice with a 'yes', 'no' or 'sometimes' based on how true the statements are.
There are no right or wrong answers.
The goal is simply to give us an accurate picture of how your practice operates today, so we can identify the biggest opportunities for improvement.
The accuracy of your answers directly affects the quality of your PUP, so please answer as honestly as possible.
At the end of the survey, we’ll also ask for a few quick details about your practice (chairs, booking levels, new patients, revenue, and services offered). This helps us benchmark your practice and tailor the recommendations.
