By giving us an oral or written agreement to start SEO services for you (after a proposal has been provided) and providing us with your credit card details, you agree to us charging your card, optimising your website and online presence to give you a boost in Google (as per the proposal) within your first 12 months with us.
The 12-month clock starts once we have admin access to your website. We make changes in the ‘back-end’ of your website so that Google can see your site more easily and increase your visibility. This will not affect the public-facing part of your website.
Within 7 days of receiving this access, we will provide you with a baseline report from Google to show your initial Google rankings and traffic, or if Google Analytics has not been set up for your website, we will provide you a baseline report within 35 days of getting access to your website. After that, our team will contact you regularly about the progress we’re making in boosting your online presence.
Your investment is per the proposal provided. If we do not achieve the specified increase in your Google presence (based on the change in your baseline Google report), we will work for you after the 12 month period at no additional charge until we achieve that outcome.
You can cancel this service at any time with 30 days’ notice, by writing to thrive@anguspryor.com and completing our cancellation form online. However, if you cancel before 12 months, you cannot exercise our guarantee (to work for you for nothing until we achieve the promised results) and there will be no refund for any fees paid up until that point.
As part of your SEO service with us, we will provide several backlinks to your site, which boost Google search results. This may includes links from sites that we own such as www.DentalMarketingSolutions.com.au, www.AngusPryor.com, and www.AustraliasTopDentists.com.au. In addition, we run a link sharing program whereby you will receive a link to your site from another of our non-competing dental client’s sites, and you will send one to a non-competing site (eg. different city or state). These links will be practically invisible to anyone using your site (not visible on the menu and hard to find) but provide an important signal to Google about the quality of your site which will in turn, boost your rankings. If you finish working with us, we will remove all of these backlinks and your Google rankings may be impacted.
By giving us an oral/written agreement to starting Google ads services for you (after a proposal has been provided) and providing us with your credit card details, you agree to us us charging your card, and setting up a Google ads account for you, if you are unable to provide us with access to an existing account.
Google ads offers the benefit of targeting only people who are searching for what your offer, and we can turn the tap on or off very quickly – there is no mark up on ad costs. Within 90 days, we’ll have a clear picture of the optimum approach for results. We typically start at $300/week ad costs budget (unless you advise us differently).
As part of the Google Ads package, we guarantee to get a minimum of 3 highly targeted ad campaigns running within 30 days or we will refund the set up fee.

By giving us an oral or written agreement to start consulting services for you (after a proposal has been provided) and providing us with your credit card details, you agree to us charging your card and starting to work with you.
During monthly consulting meetings, the focus is on pursuing a strategy of ‘local omnipresence’. We want your practice to be ‘everywhere’ and take you through a proprietary 20-point marketing system including:
- A patient referral system – which generates new patients every month
- Capturing patient testimonials (AHPRA-compliant) and using these on your website, YouTube, and social media to provide ‘social proof’ to prospective clients
- Building your Google presence so you’re a standout locally
- A range of custom marketing activities to suit your audience and local opportunities
Your marketing consulting includes up to 3 hours of consulting with us (including meetings) each month – we typically meet once a month.
You may cancel marketing consulting with us at any time by giving us 30 days’ notice in writing to thrive@anguspryor.com and completing our
client cancellation form.
In the event that you pause and/or delay a project, we may charge a fee to re-start the project (“Re-Start Fee”).
This Re-Start Fee takes into account the time spent by us rescheduling the project and re-acquainting ourselves with it.
By giving us an oral or written agreement to start website hosting services for you (after a proposal has been provided) and providing us with your credit card details, you agree to us charging your card, and starting the process of preparing to receive your website for hosting.
Website hosting provides an essential link between your website and the world wide web. Our hosting offers constant monitoring to ensure the site is active and accessible. The package includes up to two hour’s minor updates for the site each month, such as security or plug-in updates, or any text/image changes (image and/or text must be provided).

By giving us an oral or written agreement to start social media services for you (after a proposal has been provided) and providing us with your credit card details, you agree to us charging your card, and starting work on your social media.
A current social media profile, across multiple channels, forms an important part of the online assets of a dental practice. Our social media package means that when someone comes looking for you, they should find you, and in doing so, see you as a modern, quality-care dental practice worthy of their trust.
This package includes 2 posts/week on up to 5 channels (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, and LinkedIn) with monthly reports on results, plus up to 3 ad campaigns (for an additional fee, plus ad costs).
The set up includes consistent ‘about us’ copy, technical setup, design of social profile, and page banners for each channel.
You may cancel our social media package at any time by
giving us 30 days’ notice in writing to thrive@anguspryor.com and completing
our client cancellation form.
If you cancel your order after making the initial payment, but the work has not commenced, we will refund 75% of the payment that you have already made.
If works have already commenced, the initial 50% deposit is not refundable. If the project is more than 50% complete, we may bill you for up to the other 50% of the project fee.
All cancellations must be received in writing and can be sent via email. Telephone requests on cancellations will not be accepted.
