Is this why you’re not more profitable in your business? Now look, I recently interviewed Casey Compton, the author of Fix This Next For Healthcare Providers, and she was talking about profit. And I wonder if this applies to you. She said, operating a business without taking any profits is ludicrous. And you deserve better you assume all the risk, pull all the late nights, sacrifice time with your family that you will never get back. If there’s no money to take, well, why are you doing that? And her question is very simple. It’s about mindset. If you’re not more profitable in your business, it may be because in your mind, you shouldn’t be more profitable, you somehow feel guilty about it. And the reality is, if you’re not profitable, it means your business doesn’t last as long. It’s not sustainable and ultimately doesn’t help you achieve what you want. So is this the reason that you’re not more profitable?
