From little things, big things grow.
Hi everyone. Angus Pryor here, Australia’s number one, Google ranked dental marketer.
Now I’m in Melbourne at the moment for a Planning Day. And as you see that there is a construction site of a new building going up. And the truth is that building might take a couple of years to come through. But somebody had a vision for where they what they wanted that building to look like. And then they created a design. And then they worked out the details and on and on. And, of course, on a day-to-day basis, the employees that may look at that and go, oh, you know, I don’t know how much we achieved today. But when you add up a whole bunch of days doing that stuff together, what you end up with is something big, coming out of something small as the saying goes from little things, big things grow. And I guess my question to you is like, what is the vision for where you want to get to your practice? And how are you making sure that every day like those workers on the construction site, you’re doing something small the next step, it’s almost like putting the next brick in the wall, so that you can build your practice slowly. Now, I can tell you from personal experience, that it makes a huge difference. If you’ve got a really clear vision about what it is that you want to achieve. What is your, Have you ever actually sat down thought? What’s the kind of vibe of the practice? What are the services that we offer? Who are the kind of patients that we want to serve, you know, et cetera, et cetera, the clearer you can be on that vision, the clearer that next brick in the wall, the next step is. Catch you next time.
