Three essential pillars to grow your social media.

Hi everyone, Angus Pryor here, multi award winning practice growth specialist I am today in the Philippines. It’s pretty hot, but I’m in the shade and the lovely grounds of the Shangri-La in Cebu. Cebu City is the second biggest city in the Philippines. And I’ve been at a business conference listening to a name called Heather, who is a trainer for meta, you know, meta like Facebook, Instagram, and so on. And so, she’s provided a whole bunch of data, which I’m going to release to you in a second, about how to get your social media working better. This is not one person’s opinion; this is based on massive data. Now there are three key pillars that you can use for your content, because one of the challenges in social media is, so What do I say? What do I post? I’m not sure.

So, the first one as I go to my notes here is around education. As a health care professional, you’ve got a great opportunity to educate people. And you could do that so many different ways. Think about the questions that people ask you. Think about little tips, you know, whether it’s tips for a brighter smile, or looking after your back or whatever it is, depending on what your specialisation is. So, education, massive opportunity there. The next one is C for community and the community is about whether you’ve got feedback from patients, maybe you know, I work with X, Y Z practice, and they produce this great result. You could be sharing other people’s content. I’m just trying to think what else she said about that one, what am I working on at the moment behind the scenes. That’s a bit like this video, isn’t it? And then the third one is around product. And, you know, there’s no reason for us to be shy about what we do. Sometimes if for the right person getting bad information about, I fix backs, I fix crooked smiles or you know, whatever it is that you do, then you can speak about that product and talk about and you’ve got to think beforehand, like what is it that we do that’s maybe a little bit better, a little bit different from others.
