What are you training for?

Right now. I’m letting you into my morning routine. It’s wet. It’s windy. But you know, there’s something in me that says I need to be training myself all the time. I’m a very keen runner. And so, I’ve been running. But the other thing I’m doing is I’m listening to a podcast. I’m listening to a book while I’m doing this, because training my body is helpful, but training my mind is very helpful too, one thing that I learned from someone else, they talk about not engaging with things that don’t help you for the first two hours of the morning, and so I don’t look at my email first thing because that’s someone else’s agenda. I wanna train my body, I wanna train my mind and then later in the day, I can look at what other people’s agendas are. So, my question for you is very simple. What are you training yourself on?
