The relentless pursuit of good

The relentless pursuit of good.

Hi everyone, Angus Pryor here, multi-award-winning practice growth specialist. Now right now I’m on a very, very big cruise we’re just about to take off on one. And I’m looking down, this is Circular Quay in Sydney. And you can see all different boats, there’s one there, one there, one there, one just coming by here. And I was speaking to a group of dentists this week across Australia, talking about what you need to do to be booked solid. And as I’m looking at these boats, I’m thinking to myself like this, this one just coming into picture over here, which at the time it was built would have been considered to be kind of cutting-edge, you know, when this one here would have been really amazing, but the reality is time moves on, good moves.

And so, what is in the dental industry, you know, I would say five years ago, having online bookings would have been considered good. Now I’d consider it to be just a sort of minimum requirement. And I guess the question is very simple, like what are you doing to lift the bar, to lift the level of good at your practice because otherwise, you’ll end up being like a boat like this that was good for its time has now been superseded by all of these other boats there. Alright. Catch you next time.
